Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the replacement to be valid.

2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.

3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.

4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.Β

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not offer returns on any live fish (or plants). Β All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Β Returns on items and dry goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee along with the cost of return shipping. .
