In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

Brownie Phoenix is a beginner-friendly aquarium plant featuring small, elongated leaves with a rich brownish-green coloration and textured edges that resemble the feathers of a phoenix. These leaf structure benefit from high-quality aquarium LED lighting. Buce plants can be grown submerged or emersed, usually attached to hardscape such as driftwood or rocks rather than being buried in traditional aquarium substrate. Please research appropriately to ensure your plant thrives.
- Bucephalandra should be attached to rocks or driftwood. Never bury the rhizome in substrate, as this will cause the plant to rot and melt.
- Avoid making drastic changes to your water parameters or lighting.
- While this plant is hardy and low-maintenance, CO2 injection will yield much faster growth.

Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
