In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

Bucephalandra Deep Purple is a beginner-friendly clumped strain that grows tightly together. This aquarium plant has oval-shaped leaves with intense deep purple and turquoise, which really pop under full-spectrum LED lighting. It can be grown submerged or emersed, usually attached to hardscape such as driftwood or rocks. It's a great choice for the foreground or midground of freshwater aquascapes.
