In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

These tiny creatures are not only interesting to watch, but they also help keep your tank clean. Shrimp add bright colors and lively movement to your aquarium. Great for algae grazing and eating left over fish food!
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
