In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

These Tetras are one of the most popular aquarium fish in the world. One of the prettiest fish, small, and colorful. Their generally small size and peaceful nature make them easy aquarium inhabitants. The key to keeping almost all the tetras is to keep them in large groups. These fish shoal in nature as a defense against predation. In the aquarium, they maintain these instincts and will feel vulnerable if they are not in a group. It has a bright blue stripe contrasted by a lower red stripe that runs the entire length of its body.
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
