In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

The Blue Eye Rainbowfish, (Pseudomugil luminatus) lives in large schools in areas with dense vegetation, so it is an ideal for a planted aquarium. The Blue Eye Rainbowfish is a peaceful fish can be kept with adult dwarf shrimp. The most intense color will be displayed when this fish is kept in schools of 6 or more. They are also Omnivorous. High quality dry foods will be accepted, but should be supplemented often with small, meaty frozen and live foods. Homebred in the US (Florida) ,not imported!
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
Live arrival guarantee with next day or 2 day shipping. USPS does not come with a live guarantee.
