In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

These Fancy Guppies are a beautiful, easy to care for, vibrant, and hardy option for the beginner hobbyist. Guppies are omnivore and requires both algae-based foods as well as meaty foods. An algae-based flake food, along with freeze-dried bloodworms, tubifex, and brine shrimp will provide guppies with the proper nutrition. These guppies are peaceful and easy to care for. They are the ideal fish for beginners (both young and old) and community aquariums and are a real eye-catcher thanks to their vibrant colors. Homebred in the US (Florida) — not imported!
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
