In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

This variety has white-green patterns in certain areas of the leaf. The patterns are unique to every leaf and of every plant, with no two being the same. Anubias Nana Pinto does grow slower. Higher intensity light is recommended to keep Anubias Nana Pinto healthy and white. Its hardy nature making it perfect for both beginners and advanced aquarists alike. Attach it to rocks, driftwood, or lava stones using thread or aquarium-safe glue—never bury the rhizome to avoid rot.
