In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

Brownie Ghost is a rare aquatic plant with dark colored leaves. This plant is a favorite among aquarists because of its large leaves and shiny dark look which catches eyes of many aquascapes. This brownie Ghost is perfect for both novice and experienced aquarists because of the range of water conditions and how it requires minimal maintenance.

Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
