In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

Having a hard time deciding which type of the many Buce species plants to pick? Have no worries and choose our (Growers Choice) option!
Each package is randomly selected based on availability and which looks best, making it a fun and exciting way to add rare Bucephalandra varieties to your freshwater aquarium. Because this is a growers choice there wont be a specific variety nor can any requests be accommodated. They are excellent for attaching to driftwood, rocks, or aquarium décor, and they can also be placed carefully in substrate. We select the healthiest specimens from our current inventory, ensuring you receive robust plants with high growth potential.
Please note that photos are a representation, and individual plants may vary.
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
