In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:
1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.
2. Email them to info@aquariumlifeco.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.
3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.
4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

The Koi Guppy is one of many unique varieties of Poecilia reticulata guppy. The male Koi Guppy features red-orange coloration on the face, dorsal fin and tail fin and the body is white. This coloration makes the Koi Guppy stand out for guppy enthusiasts and any freshwater aquarium hobbyist. It is a very peaceful fish and should be housed with tankmates of similar temperament. Though a hardy fish tolerant of small water changes, care should be taken to keep water temperature, pH, and nutrient levels in check. Fish should be an algae-based flake food, along with freeze-dried bloodworms, tubifex, and brine shrimp will provide guppies with the proper nutrition.
Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Orders placed after 7PM TUESDAY will be shipped out next Monday morning.
