Policies

In the rare case of Dead On Arrival (DOA) please:

1. Take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) and/or fish in the UNOPENED bag (video preferably) for the refund to be valid.

2. Email them to info@suddenbuys.com within 6 hours of the first delivery attempt or pick-up.

3. A refund will be issued for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) or fish only. Shipping is non-refundable as the entire fee spent towards shipping is used when the order is fulfilled.

4. Packages that are being held at the post office or a UPS location has to be picked up by the customer or a redelivery has to be rescheduled within 1 day from delivery for the Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.

Caridina pure red line shrimp, commonly referred to as PRL, are a strikingly beautiful freshwater shrimp known for their vivid red and white coloration. Unlike the crystal red shrimp they barely have full red bands. The red spots on the head can even have certain patterns, like a crown, smiley, or flower. These shrimp are unique in that they won’t produce any white or Black offspring.

Every Shrimp is photographed individually, so you will receive the exact fish/shrimp in the photos.
